Paragraph "A hartal Day"
A hartal day is a day when the normal course of life is stopped.
It has become a common affair in our country. Hartal is observed at the call of a political party or parties. It is called as a sign of protest against any issue in the country. No transports or vehicles move on the roads. The people have to suffer a lot. They have to go from one place to another on foot. The economy of the country suffers a lot. Mills, factories and industries stop their work. All the business centres, markets and shops remain closed. The hartal supporters bring out procession. Sometimes they burn transports and vehicles. Often clashes take place. However, hartal should be observed in a democratic way.
