TV Channels
Television channels broadcast by the use of satellite are called Satellite TV Channels. Satellite TV Channels have brought about a great change in the modern world. Some channels are highly informative These channels are Discovery Channels, Geography Channels, Animal planet and History Channels. Some channels give us entertainment by telecasting sports programmes, ericket and football matches, cartoon, films etc. Satellite TV channels have some negative sides. Some channels cause cultural decay. The young people are being influenced by satellite cultures. As a result, they are losing some of our culture, customs and traditions. At present our only duty is to telecast the selected programmes which are beneficial. We should only accept the good sides of western culture.
